Draft for review. This staging site mainly uses browser local storage so the preview can remember choices and protect the voice demo from casual misuse. Production cookies must be documented when the final tools are connected.
What we use now
- Essential local storage: remembers setup choices, mock account state, wizard submissions, app state, and cookie banner acknowledgement.
- Demo-call local storage: records recent Speak to Barry demo attempts so the website can apply a basic call limit and protect voice-agent costs.
- Service worker cache: helps the local customer PWA preview load during development.
Optional cookies
Optional analytics, advertising, and tracking cookies are not active in this local prototype. If analytics, heatmaps, advertising pixels, or marketing automation are added later, users should be given a clear choice before those non-essential cookies are set.
Expected production cookies
- Authentication/session cookies for account login.
- Stripe checkout and billing cookies.
- Voice demo and call-widget storage from the chosen voice platform, if the Speak to Barry demo is enabled.
- Security, fraud prevention, logging, and performance cookies.
- Optional analytics cookies, if enabled.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. In the production product, a proper cookie preferences control should let users accept or reject non-essential cookies.
